Bearden Creek - A Meditation is just that: a musical meditation. Composed, arranged, performed and engineered entirely by Kit Holmes, this soothing, piano and digital orchestra piece is a 16-minute stress-reducing respite. Kit's sonorous voice sings you to a centering peace at the beginning, then gently signals you again when the meditation is coming to a close.

The singing portion of this piece is also often used as a chant (under the title "Know I Am God"):
